When and Where

The Summer Chorus will take place at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts.
Rehearsals: Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Guest Conductor: Dr. Rollo A. Dilworth
Concert: Friday, August 7th at 2:00 PM
National Anthem Performance: Sunday, August 9th at Fenway Park
Who

The Summer Chorus welcomes incoming 2nd through 12th-grade treble singers from the Merrimack Valley Region who:
- Sing with their head voice
- Accurately match pitch
- Sing with excellent tone quality and breath support
- Receive feedback and adapt to cues of a conductor
- Demonstrate excellent rehearsal etiquette
What

The Summer Chorus will bring together young singers to:
- Develop vocal skills and technique
- Build musicianship and ensemble skills
- Older singers will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles throughout the week
- Learn and perform diverse repertoire
- Promote personal expression and growth
- Prepare for two culminating performances
- Have fun and create community

National Anthem Performance

The Summer Chorus will perform the National Anthem to open the Red Sox game at Fenway Park on Sunday, August 9th, 2026.

All attending the game are required to have a ticket. This includes singers.
CCC singers, families, and friends will be seated in the same section(s).
Bus transportation will be provided for singers from the CCA to Fenway Park. There will be no bus transportation back to the CCA.
Singers are not required, but strongly encouraged to take the bus so we all arrive together at the same time and place.

Registration Information

Early - Before June 1st: $350
- The discount will be applied automatically during checkout
Regular - Before July 20th: $400
Late - After July 20th: $450
Deadline - August 2nd
A one week chorus camp:
- 5 days of rehearsals and camp activities (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Concert at the CCA
- Performance at Fenway Park (tickets to Red Sox are not included. Please see ticket info above)

When registering, you can chose to pay in-full or use the following payment plan.
Full Payment Due: July 20th
Payment Plan:
- Payment 1/3 Due: July 20th
- Payment 2/3 Due: July 27th
- Payment 3/3 Due: August 3rd

EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders will receive a 50% discount on singer registration fees and concert tickets. Non-CCA performances may be excluded. Ticket discounts are limited to the singer’s immediate family.
When registering, please indicate your desire to participate and upload a picture of your EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card. Your registration fee will be reduced by 50% and we will share a discount code for concert tickets.
