Voices that Give - GivingTuesday
The Chelmsford Children’s Chorus is proud to offer high-quality music education for all young people in the Merrimack Valley Region.
In our second season, we unite over 50 elementary & middle school singers from 22 schools, 9 towns, and 2 states! Under the care and guidance of our educators, our singers have performed at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, UMass Lowell, Fenway Park, and various community events. We are excited for our upcoming National Anthem performance at TD Garden and world premiere of We Are Change, composed by our singers and Jim Papoulis.
We believe music is for all and never allow finance to be a barrier. In our first two years, we have provided over $6,000 in financial support to our singers and families. In addition to providing financial aid for registration fees and concert tickets, we have provided Red Sox and Celtics tickets to singers and their families so all can experience performing for thousands!
We strive to empower young voices on and off the stage. The lessons our singers learn shape who they become in and out of the chorus. Our singers learn to listen with empathy, lead with confidence, and persevere when faced with a challenge. Your support allows all young people to grow as musicians and as humans.
This GivingTuesday, please consider supporting our mission, singers, and ultimately, a more harmonious and empathetic world.
